Institutional logos

This is a video I created of my logos,I added sound effects to make the video come to life but also put my images in a television screen so the audience can see what they would look like on a screen but also to make the piece more creative.

This is what the logos looked like without the use of the TV screen.

This is the reeltime productions logo and the main logo for the whole promotion package. The logo will also be featured on the model release forms. I will be using this as the third logo in the trailer right at the start, as according the research most logos are shown at the start then follows with the movie. But also including it in the trailer gives credit to the production team for helping with the project and gets them recognised by the public. The use of a film reel instantly clicks with the audience that the next promotion is for a new film. But the play on words reeltime, instantly connects the picture with the name 'REEL' but also could relate to the world 'real' that they try to make there films as realistic and believable as possible. The use of 'time' displays the film takes a lot of time and effort to create a film but could also suggest they like using time to make the next new blockbuster movie of the year.

This is the main title I will be using, which will be situated at the very end so it is memorable to the audience. This logo will definitely be in the trailer otherwise the audience wont know what the film is. I have done the word 'Romeo' in pink and 'Juliet' in blue to display the swap as the colours are stereotypical matched to a certain gender therefore I changed it to show that something isn't right. But also the use of VS gives an indication that the pair don't get along and that theres going to be some rivalry. But also as you can see the writing for Romeo is curly and girly which displays feminisity whereas Juliet's name has become more masculine.

Flick films logo is for the distribution company, I will be using this because the distribution company should be credited for getting the film released to cinemas etc. This will feature at the starting sequence so it is recognised by audiences to see who took part in making the film. Most film trailers I have watched they have placed the logos at the start so I will follow this to keep a good structure. I have named it flick films because I typed into a thesaurus 'film' and movies' and it came up with various words such as flick which triggered the name Flick films as its simple and relates to movies.

This is the 'Movie house pictures' logo which I created and will be used in the trailer at the starting sequence to yet again give credit to the companies taking part in making the film. Movie house is a co-production team with Reeltime to give an extra 'league of ideas' to make the film a blockbuster hit. The image of the directors chair gives a link to the movie theme. I made use of the words 'movie house' because these were more words what came up in the thesaurus.

This is the details logo which lets the audience know who took part in the filming, but also where they can find out more details. But also lets the audience know they cant buy it on dvd just yet and its going to be in cinemas soon. The logo will be at the end just before the final funny scene like a traditional comedy body swap trailer. The writing is in black, blue and pink to carry on the theme of boy vs girl body swap throughout the trailer.

these are really good, maybe just include a short paragraph that outlines what you'll be doing with these.....any ideas of which ones you'll use and why? when will they feature and why? (i.e. has research sugggested that they appear at the beginning or end of the trailer).
